I don't know why you are so proud of being a loser. And the confederates were racist period. I'm not going to play this quote game with you. Since your not mature enough to just accept the truth.
Just like you overstepped his whole argument because he blew yours into the hereafter? So you start calling him a loser. I think YOU can't accept the truth.

Princess Love, is it any less racist to have an all-white town in the Northeast? They do exist up there.

I'm forever sorry we let those folks back into the union. I would have preferred Sherman's approach.

Why try to keep them in the FIRST place?--THAT is the question.

Lincoln overstepped his authority.

I guess that even acknowledging the Civil War is considered "un-American" by some. That's a shame. We shouldn't be afraid of recognizing our history.
History just is...neither good or bad. There is no honor for those that attempted to divided our nation. They made the attempt without right or Law, but by the force of War.

The forefathers and founding families, in Texas for generations, argued against Texas' alliance with the Southren States which atempted secession. I honor no Ideal of a Confederation of Southren States. No Texan I know celebrates our States' participation in this secession attempt.

They were attacked and invaded. They should have been simply permitted to leave, but the government wanted to continue its economic blackmail of the South.

A nice practice I'd like to see would be on April 12 of every year, we burn a confederate flag on the steps of each seceding state's capitol.
