This is a poll on how people feel about the stimulus. It's not factual in any way. Try being a little more realistic and less idealistic - I know it might be a little hard for you but please for the sake of everybody in the country, just try.
Maybe those facts on the White House website about money going to nonexistent Congressional districts is making them feel the way they do. You know, like Arizona's 15th congressional district where 30 jobs were saved or created with $761,420 in federal stimulus spending only Arizona only has 8 districts.
Then there is always suspicion when the way you count success is changed. You know, if the results aren't impressive let's change the methodology for counting. It also means you can't compare quarters or look at trends from when you started.
Then they could feel the way they do, knowing what was actually in the stimulus bill that had nothing to do with stimulating.
Maybe they remember the President talking about shovel-ready projects for the stimulus bill and wonder why construction jobs have decreased since the stimulus bill was passed?
Then there's the $4.7 million that went to North Chicago and the 473 teacher jobs that were saved only, oops, there are only 290 teachers in that district.

How about the shovel ready project that was starting here in central Ohio that was stopped dead in its tracks because the funds were not sent?
Cones everywhere and laid off workers losing their homes because someone named Obama dropped the ball and did not send the money to keep the project going.
Nice job Obama!
Or how about millions being sent to districts that do not even exist?
Or about the speach he gave at Catapiller saying the Stimulas would create jobs, then laid off workers. Or the one about the sheetrock plant in Ohio. That plant is now closed.
We both knew it would not work as he has no record of any financial successes.
He did not even pay his own parking tickets for 20 years trying to get away from paying them. He owed student loans even years after he made millions on his book of lies about his dad.
He hired criminals and thieves to spend the money and they have wasted it away on pork instead of items that would create jobs etc.
You will have all those Obama jocks come along and tell you that he has not even spent it all, give it time.
The answer to that is if he has not spent it then do you mean he sit back on our money and watch record numbers of people lose their homes and jobs while doing nothing?
People are waking up that he is not what they propped him up to be.
He along with this stimulus has been a total FAILURE to all Americans.
What happened to the promise to run our government like you run your household budget?

Wonder if he is thinking of resigning soon? After all he should be embarrassed to show up for work and take a paycheck for doing nothing.

Obama is failing, what do you call this current economic downfall we are in, and going down by the minute. Jobs worst lost under Obama then any other President since WWII. The US Forest Service has 600 million dollars from the stimulus, they will use these funds to hire crews, to work on trails, campgrounds etc. No President has provided this kind of money for your public lands infrastructure in many decades.
Pretty nice deal eh folks?
Obama supports you in your outdoor recreation pursuits (if you have them).
And provides jobs across the nation.

So we have a nation of weed pickers and forestry people driving around in jeeps and bugging the campers. That does nothing for the other industries that have crashed and for those in dire economic conditions sure and heck dont want to go visit the parks right now. We are closing I think 6 parks here in AZ, so where is the $$$$?
