I'm not going to read the whole thread looking for it, but PLEASE tell me someone has made the necessary and obvious Lex Luthor reference?

It's possible to create Earthquakes with the HAARP system, but I don't believe it was used. There were no weird coloration's in the sky which are found when the HAARP system has been used (read prior research regarding this).

The whole science of the HAARP project became possible because of experiments developed by Nikola Tesla.

Some people have been saying for years that many of the Hurricanes, Tsunami's, and Earthquakes are being purposely caused by governments using modified and expanded projects based on many of Tesla's original works. Whether or not that's true, would be hard to prove.

1) Please direct me to how scientifically, HAARP can cause earthquakes.
2) Also possible in theory <> possible in real life. You seem to believe that HAARP can currently cause earthquakes correct or just wording?

High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Skeptic computer scientist David Naiditch called HAARP "a magnet for conspiracy theorists", saying the project has been blamed for triggering catastrophes such as floods, droughts, hurricanes, thunderstorms, and devastating earthquakes in Afghanistan and the Philippines aimed to "shake up" Muslim terrorists. Naiditch says HAARP has been blamed for diverse events including major power outages, the downing of TWA flight 800, Gulf War Syndrome and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, as well as the Columbine High School shootings. HAARP has also been variously described as a missile defense shield, a death ray, a machine that can interfere with the migratory paths of wild animals, a tool of the Antichrist, a worldwide communications jammer, an apparatus that can cause the Earth to spin out of control, and a system linked to UFO activity. Conspiracy theorists have also suggested links between HAARP and the work of Nikola Tesla and physicist Bernard Eastlund. According to Naiditch, HAARP is an attractive target for conspiracy theorists because "its purpose seems deeply mysterious to the scientifically uninformed".[16]

@Mathguy, when I said "it's possible", it was within the scope of "anything is possible", not to imply that it's "capable."

If you read some of the books about Tesla's projects, you'll find some of the references to his Earthquake Machine quite interesting. From everything I've read regarding the HAARP Project, it's based on Tesla's work.

I don't have access to it, so it's not like I can say one way or the other what it is or isn't capable of. However, that said, I still do not for one minute believe that the Earthquake in Haiti was a man-made disaster because Obama's popularity numbers were lagging. I'm not an Obama fan, and even I find this ridiculous.

I wouldn't even put it in the anything is possible category. MANY of Tesla's theorhetical inventions were flawed...the guy was incredibly prolific. He had a particle cannon and flying saucer that never worked out either...some of his theories broke down as the scale was increased.

In theory, if I squeeze my empty diet coke can hard enough I can cause a fusion reaction and blow up north america after all.
