I haven't seen any data regarding those two,....but rest assured there was not a profit involved.

Although the same manufacturer of the Toyota debacle made some of Ford's pedals, there is no problems so far. Given that, Ford has halted production of commercial vans in China due to concerns about the pedals.

...that would be a safe bet!!

There are a lot of us who will not buy a GM or Chrysler product because of all the government/union shenanigans. That might be some of the profit that Ford enjoyed,....refusal to buy from GM and Chrysler.

It holds a lot, too. We took it on a 1,000 mile trip to the east coast to visit family over the holidays. The 4 of us, 2 large dogs, and all our gear fit, no problem. And the handling, gas mileage, and smooth ride was GREAT!
