Imagine that?
That's because they aren't rewriting the constitution. They're enforcing the constitution.

Did multinational corporations exist in the colonial era? the RW are imposing their ideas of what is appropriate, following their own limited political ideologies.

That is what is so great about this country and our founding fathers knew it was very important, that no matter who or what you are, you have a right to the very 1st amendment. Being 1st, it must be pretty damn important.

You cannot silence the people, no matter who they may be.

Why in the world would I want Obama to resign?? The longer his term moves on the more Americans wake up and see him for what he is...a charlatan, a "community organizer" who has very little political experience, and NO business experience.....

I don't know but where is Citgo Corps charter? Is it a US corporation?
Is there a law that prevents non-USA citizens to be majority stock holders in a corporation chartered in the US?

so the founding fathers knew that someday we would be ruled/heavily influenced by china, the middle eastern oil bloc countries, etc? I don't buy into that. the FF only knew of individuals and merchants, not the huge multiglobal corps that exist now.

Yes.

The world's first multinational corporation, the Dutch East India Company, established 1602:

What's that have to do with the 1st amendment and the entire Constitution?

You seriously think this allows foreign, countries to buy political campaigns?

Do a little research on then Then get back to us.

I'll give you a start...

Obama has raised at least $2 million abroad, according to the AP’s review of campaign finance records. The amount reported flowing in from outside the U.S. is a small percentage of the roughly $390 million raised so far by Obama But few contributors contacted by the AP said the campaigns asked to see their passports.

Default New low for Obama

I bet next year all the Supreme court boycotts next year. They are there at invitation - they are not commanded to be there - and to insult their opinions is highly unprofessional. I didn't think the public actions of Obama could sink any lower - but they did last night. Next thing Obama will attempt is to stack the court with 12 justices as FDR tried in 1937. This point will ring true when candidates start telling him NOT to visit their campaign. I'm embarassed for the office of the President.
