I could say that married women are definitely better off than single women. If a single woman is laid off and has no children, she is screwed in getting any help whatsoever in terms of necessities like medicine or food. A married woman, especially one with a kid or two has all sorts of help out there, including a husband who can help with the bills. I actually know a married woman whose husband made good money. She got laid off, went on unemployment, and can still enjoy herself. I am single, I got laid off, and can't buy necessities like medication. Maybe it is time for me to find a sugar daddy???

Single and childless is best if you want to retire early.

Default > Married men are better off than unmarried men

It just depends on the person, and what they want out of life, it could go either way being married isn't any good if your not willing to work at it.

Children are definitely expensive but I wouldn't have it any other way myself. Long as they bury me in my Chiefs jersey I'll die happy.

So? An indoor cat is better off than an outdoor cat, but who has a more exciting life and more freedom lol.
