The Family "Research" Council's Peter Spriggs believes "gay behavior" should be criminalized.

Do you agree or disagree with him?

Sure. The same day adultry and divorce and pornography are criminalized.

I figure this would put about 90% of white males into prison.

Some gay behavior should be swept into an insane asylum. They're mentally ill, but that behavior isn't criminal unless it interferes with someone who does not consent to engaging in that behavior.

What two consenting ADULTS do behind closed doors, is nobody's business, especially the government's.

Only if the parties involved don't have health insurance.

I'd say the military should be nonsexual, but I"m sure soldiers talk about banging women all the time.. But I really think they probably shouldn't, but given they spend so much time together, they become buddies, so that stuff is bound to happen. It's not like the workplace where any discussion of sex is totally off limits....

Soldiers have to follow orders, so if the ban is lifted, they'll just have to deal, however, do I want what's best the military and the morale of it. I honestly don't have enough information to comment on it, but of course, in civilian life, I would not want homosexual acts to be criminalized.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind some exceptions to that regarding sex, you of course wouldn't agree that consenting adults should able to kill each other...

But with sex, I wouldn't mind condom usage being mandated by the government.
