Beats the part entrenched politicals and now they want to bloat about the ethics complaints are from reups, all of them were not. You can't have it both ways.
The posts about who filed the complaints started with the claim that it was the "liberals" who were doing it. If the Republicans don't want to go down that slippery slope, don't start with the claim that it was the "liberals".
And?
Here, lets break them down shall we? the governor's husband got involved in a judicial appointment,
How exactly? Did he help filter out the non qualified? My gf gets involved with the hiring process of my companies, so? monitored contract negotiations with public employee unions
Monitored negotations? OOH MY GOD! received background checks on a corporate CEO
For what purpose? So far this tells nothing.. added his approval or disapproval to state board appointment
Again, so? and passed financial information marked "confidential" from his oil company employer to a state attorney.
For what purpose? You do understand that "confidential" doesnt mean no one is to see it, if it did, you wouldnt create the report to begin with.
Seriously.. You need to provide more information because on the face of it, this is boring..

One person made that claim. Actually, I couldn't find who filed the most.
I do know a digruntled person filed some. The pont is, they were dismissed. And it was costing Alaska over a million dollars to to comply with all the FOI requests and other employees of the state were having large lawyer fees building up. The state does not re-imburse. What happenned to those claims? again, dismissed.
you can come to your own conclusion as to why so many complaints were filed. It is my belief that it comes right from the Alinsky's Rules for Radicals.

You know, Socialist liberal that I am, I never heard of this until the Righties started talking about it. Then when I did look at it -- admittedly I haven't had time or inclination to read it in depth -- it sounded like the way the Righties and the Republicans have been acting for years. My impression is that the someone on the right was the first to try the tactics and the Dems finally decided to copy them. But I could be wrong....
Not unbelievable at all.
Just give her 35 seconds in front of a camera with really hard questions like, what newspapers do you read, and you can tell almost immediately she IS NOT a born leader.
Maybe she could drive a pig up an alley with a stick though.

They were not all simply dismissed. Palin settled with our state by paying back a large chunk of her children's travel on state travel vouchers.
And an independent investigation found Palin misused her power in the troopergate investigation.

The devil is in the details:
"8. Oct. 24, 2008: Complaint contended Palin abused her power by charging the state when her children traveled with her. The personnel board found no wrongdoing, but in a Feb. 23 settlement Palin agreed to reimburse the state about $10,000 for costs associated with 10 trips found to be of questionable state interest among 72 travel authorizations studied."
from the LA Times:
" Politics and commentary, coast to coast, from the Los Angeles Times
November 3, 2008 | 5:19 pm
A report by an independent state personnel board has cleared Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin of ethics violations in the firing of her public safety commissioner last summer."
