I doubt that's true. That poster needs to provide a link (smash---) proving that Bush did it in 2004, went on during SB to to promote policy.....

Smash?

You can change the channel to watch the Super Bowl? I thought it was only on one channel, but then I've never watched it so I could be wrong..

It was well over an hour before the game starts when this was posted. If the POTUS is talking, and you don't want to listen, you are free to change the channel. It doesn't matter what is coming on afterward.

The game doesn't start for another hour or so. Didn't like what's on before the game, you should have changed the channel or turned the TV off.

At what time does pregame coverage begin? I'm no football nut but those I know that are want the channel on well ahead of time.

You can only do so much pre-game show. The pregame coverage starts the Sunday right after the league championship games end and the SB participants are known. It goes on for the next 11 days but then starts up Friday night, continues Saturday and into Sunday. It was covered on all CBS shows today, including Sunday Morning and Face the Nation. When the actually pregame show started .....I neither know or care. How much can you say about a football game?

good thing their call letters are cBS and even better thing that I don't have access to a TV right now. This president is the lamest thing since.. I don't even know since what because there has never been something this lame before in my lifetime. The only things on par with his lameness are his supporters/apologists/excuse makers/clones telling people to change the freaking channel.

good that it's cBS because they're usually full of BS and good that I couldn't watch because seeing that fool on TV makes me not happy....
