It is a failure because he FAILED to deliver on his promise to reform HC.

And he spent an entire year on it when we needed JOBS FIRST.

Thanks to him working on the wrong issue he has cost thousands of peoples live to change because of his 8 million jobs loses.

He has failed us period.

Now maybe since he knows he needs to the rep to get involved it will get done.

Obama knows the people do not trust him for the dems ( poll out yesterday said 80% do not trust them ) and Obama is trying to sucker the rep into this debate.

If we can get real HC reform done it will be because the rep got involved!!!!

Ever ask yourself why did Obama shut out the rep on this issue for an entire year and just now decided to get them involved? I would like to see your answer to this one.

If they could not deliver a real HC reform bill with the majority then how can they deliver anything at all?

Guess they found out they need some smart people involved and now want to get the rep involved.

This time I can see something getting done and the rep's will get the credit!!!

Oh yea!

You keep repeating this lie of 8 million jobs being lost under Obama.

You are mind numbingly stupid.

Yes, the Republicans made it clear their strategy was to force failure. They said "if we can kill the HC bill, we can kill Obama". You couldn't make it any more clear than that that they are interested in political points only, and the country can **** off.

Where can we find representatives who are pre-success instead of pro-failure? That is the burning question.

Republican talking point "shut out" Wasn't there 3 republicans and 3 democrats in the committe to start with. Aren't there republicans he kept on from Bush working with him. I don't think he shut republicans out at all. Republicans are spoiled rich kids who want it all their way and when they don't get it all their way they stamp their feet and cry poor me. They are the bullies in our gov't if you don't do it my way we will gang up on you. More of George Bush my way or no way look where that got us.
