Plenty of good Christians beat, rape and murder kids. Regardless I think all religions are a joke.
You fail to see the difference. WE don't go preaching around that this is acceptable behavior, to beat, and rape and murder our Children and our Women. This is unacceptable, and these crimes that are commited in this evil way, are usually caught, and go to jail, because there is a Judge they go before. This is the difference there is a trial. Actually now that you mention it THIS particular article is a perfect example of do as I say, not as I do.
Kevin Rudd dragged this very old youtube up and decried the cleric's comments and made a big song and dance about what was said when clearly Humza is not right in the head ALL the while quietly ignoring the fact that Australia has one of the highest rape statistics in the world AND then he went on to waste a mammoth proportion of taxpayers money on these ridiculous advertisments about domestic violence AS WELL AS sending around to each household a completely useless booklet about domestic violence. When all that money was good and spent on fripperies and window dressing he advised us all that there was no funding for shelters for abused women and children, made very little effort to fund and expand the overstrapped resources that are available and basically null and voided anything he did say about the Humza incident by being so blatanly transparent.
So in this case he is being a complete hypocrit. In other words Kevin won't actually do anything about the behaviour if it's perpertrated by good Christians but if Muslim's allegedly do it then he is "forced to speak up"
