This episode will damage Obama. I feel personally disheartened.

Will Jon Stewart and Keith Olbermann deal with this at all? Superficially, perhaps.

This is a symptom of a real lack of knowledge on the part of the President, not some minor gaffe...

Dimon and Blankfein took their bonuses in stocks, not cash.

See the difference?

Plus their bonuses are minuscule this year compared with 2007's.

You're right, though: among stupid people the spin on this *will* damage Obama.

Wow. Delusianne defending greediacs. Calling people stupid who are honestly appalled by the president's insensitivity and tone-deafness to the growing gap between the haves and the have-nots.

I stand corrected about you...

Nice try.

Dont admit the facts or anything, now. They wouldnt fit in with the simpleminded worldview you've been fed.

And this hasn't been the case for at least the last 30 years? And now it's a huge issue?

That's ridiculous. The people will see this as nothing but political theater in a tough election season considering all of the other contradictory rhetoric Obama has spewed about Fat Cat Bankers. In other words, the message of the Tea Party movement and conservatives has seeped into the taglines of Obama's interviews and speeches.

Such an amazing phenomenon and the sheep dismiss it as nothing. Unbelievable.
