Fascinating! I wonder what the outcome will be, and if it will be enforced.

Harassment is a serious problem for gays, and gay bars are a target for violence. We often had bias crimes in the West Village, even of young gay males or TGs, and several murders.

I don't know that a ruling would work in a city like NY, but this is a good first step--although it goes against equal rights.

I'm going to get James Sokolove to sue for discrimination. And maybe illegal restriction of right to amusement and leisure! If they actually WALK YOU OUT, maybe you can sue for false imprisonment and kidnapping!

AND, you know the women that sued all of the way to the Supreme court and WON, in order to get into that private mens country club? Thats NOTHING compared to what a couple of ironworker women in NY would do to these Aussies!

Well, if they just "walk you out" not sure about suits for kidnapping or imprisonment, but perhaps for solicitation!

Probably Bruce gives you a test! And asks for a $4000 membership fee. If you are not gay, it would suddenly become not worth it in a hurry!
