When will citizen realize they the Progressives, CREATE crisis where none exist, to build bigger government intervention, to gain more and more control over citizens lives. In there journey to create the perfect society. They are smarter and know better than the stupid citizens.

Our nation was founded because they wanted away from suppression. They created a contract for liberty and freedom of the citizens.
Something the Progressive movement has tried to take away for a 100 years now. Little by little, encroaching in on the freedoms of the citizens of the USA.

You want to fix America? Eliminate income tax. Abolish the Federal Reserve. Go back to the gold standard immediately. Reinstate high import tariffs. Aggressively enforce our illegal alien trespass laws and employing them laws.

Someone needs to have the nads to do it and reverse all Progressive, Socialist programs, our government has gotten into and screwed up. We need to go back to the 1920's reversing or heavily revising many of the Progressive programs government has got involved in, and failed miserably.

It is a good bet that the planet is going to continue to warm out of that the 500 year little ice-age, which ended in the beginning of the last century, either that, or we will start cooling again and head back into it.

All we have are a bunch of hoaxsters who are betting the planet will continue to warm out of the ice-age, so they claim CO2 is the cause, and they hope to get rich or gain power in the process.

What is the normal mean global temperature, before the little ice-age, during it, after it? And why would any deviation in temps above those taken during the little ice-age be seen as a direct result of human activities? Would you hoax-deniers be happier if we were still experiencing the cold climate of the little ice-age, or if our climate temps were teetering one degree above the little ice-age?

Smile GLOBAL warming...

The numbers matter. Under pressure in 2007, NASA recalculated its data and found that 1934, not 1998, was the hottest year in its records for the contiguous 48 states. NASA later changed its data again, and now 1998 and 2006 are tied for the hottest years, with 1934 listed as slightly cooler.
Just a small detail, I know...

But "the contiguous 48 states" do not constitute global.

It's really simple physics, thermodynamics to be precise. All the heat exhausted by all the steam/internal combustion engines over the past two centuries goes where?

Got that?
Why, yes. Yes I do.

Your attempt to brandish that information seems to strongly indicate that you don't, though.

None of that goes counter to the overall warming trend. Your desire to interpolate in an effort to try to discredit the facts speaks volumes.

Seriously? THAT is your argument? Engines create heat?

So "heat exhausted by all the steam/internal combustion engines" is the problem?

What about the heat generated by people heating their homes? What about all the fires being set for warmth? Since the fuel energy is purposely being converted into heat energy in those instances, a lot more energy is being released in the form of heat, as opposed to the engines, where the energy is being converted to work a machine.

As you said: "It's really simple physics, thermodynamics to be precise." You might want to actually look it up before citing it and looking foolish.

I'm sorry you flunked physics.

I wonder how many cow farts it would take to offset a single dinosaur fart in carbon emissions.
