On Valentine's day we often think about how much we care about our friends and family. It's something 33-year-old Sean Semon tells us he now appreciates every day.

There are times where I find the cruelty of humans makes my heart break. And then there are times where humans can show so much affection and love for each other and I truly feel happy inside.
" If everybody in Las Vegas donated one dollar I'd have more than enough money to get my transplant," Sean tells us.
He is on his way to that goal, thanks to the kindness of strangers. After our first story aired (http://www.ktnv.com/Global/story.asp?S=11540930 - broken link), Sean says he was flooded with friend requests on Facebook.
He also had multiple groups created like this one, called "do your part to save Sean's heart" which links you to his donation site. He's raised $630 so far.
