Just want to clarify one thing, Clinton left office with a 350 billion dollar surplus. (NOT A DEFICIT)! Bush left office with half a trillion dollars in deficit...NOW, if it wasn't for bailouts and getting money into this system we would be in terrible conditions than you can imagine...ask any reputable economist...no thanks to Bush, which sold us out to China and couldn't get awy with selling us out to Dabai!!!

And Clinton's "surplus" was created using Social security funds. Take this away and he still had a deficit. That, by the way, has been the practice (adding in SS) since the 60s so he wasn't doing anything new.
