That's true.
It never ceases to amaze me that some libs give the benefit of the doubt not to the U.S., but to terrorists!

Some of them go so overboard that they don't even realize that they are supporting the terrorists more than their own country.

pay up bubba, the geneva convention agrees with me.
As I mentioned earlier, the Geneva Convention has nothing to do with the topic at hand, one way or another. You apparently hope that screaming "GENEVA CONVENTION!! GENEVA CONVENTION!! GENEVA CONVENTION!!" at the top of your lungs will drown out everything else.

I don't know who you are talking about, exactly, but those of us who do understand what war is, also understand that men who start wars without an overwhelmingly good reason--like George W. Bush--are the most loathsome beings on the planet. Precisely because we know what it is.

People who grew up on too many Chuck Norris and Sylvester Stallone movies have a not-too-accurate view of what war is.

Nobody has mentioned prosecuting Americans under "that convention" except you. They could be prosecuted under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 5, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights Article 7, and the UN Convention Against Torture Articles 2, 4, 5 etc.

Just because you've never heard of any treaties except the Geneva Convention doesn't mean none of us has.

Yeah, things like that tend to happen when you invade someone else's country.
I never agreed with Iraq, but Afghanistan is a different subject. So, tell them to stop torturing! Do you forget911?

When were our troops in Afghanistan beheaded and dragged through the streets? I don't remember that.

Why do you ask inane questions as if they're somehow reality based?

What's true here is when the NeoConfused have nothing factual to say that defends their position they resort to inane, untrue, cheesey accusations of" Liberals hate America! "

What makes some of these cases more difficult is that some have US citizenship. That and the fact that the left used POWs for years in an almost treasonous battering ram to attack the previous admin. Funny how Obama, for the most part, is following the rules of his predecessor . . . . and can’t avoid getting flak from the one or two leftists who aren't hypocrites.

What's funny is how Cheney & company change their description of the enemy to suit their own sound bites, sometimes they're combatants, sometimes they're terrorists, and sometimes they're criminals.
