Ok, I will explain but I would think you would get it. There is no reason for the girl on Family Guy to say her mother is the former governor of Alaska unless she was referring to Sarah Palin. Who else is a woman who is the former governor of Alaska who has a handicap child? Get it now? A slam at Sarah Palin but mostly at Trig. Trig is challenged, how funny. HA HA HA.
