How would I know why people think that show is funny? I don't watch it. I don't watch much. You do seem to care what people watch; saying you don't listen to Falwell and Dobson, so why can't other people not listen to Family Guy?

Cindy McCain campaigned for her father. She is still making known her thoughts on the issues of the day. Granted she is older but so is the other children of most politicians---Biden's, etc. Palin took her small children with her. The difference is she was running for Vice-President, she needed to be there. Michelle Obama could stay home with her kids.
The Obama kids stayed with their grandmother and went to school. They made a few cameo appearances. Michelle was out campaigning, too. The same could be said for Todd Palin, that he could have taken care of the kids. It's not "different".
Apparently you are unfamiliar with Joseph McCarthy, Ronald Reagan, Newt Gingrich, and numerous other conservatives. McCarthy totally self-destructed, Reagan was term limited and his Alzheimer's became more apparent after he retired, and Newt came close to self-destructing. We'll see what happens to Sarah.
