But its not goign to happen as those with money can and will give more than can bematched by federal spending. All on ehas to do is look at where the leasderswhip in the congress getsit power and what it spends its time doing. the power bases in either party are not going to give that control over members. Even withi the parties there is no such movement to any degree jst rethoric.The same as they let bils they know will fail or add to them to make them fail to say it got a vote.
