I know I like to have a good time on CD but after reading some of these threads some of you must be very unhappy with yourself.

You dislike people because of religion, skin color, gender, political beliefs, sexual orientation....etc

You dislike any "minority". You dislike anything white.........gee whiz.

You guys have no idea how lucky you are in life. There are lots of people in the cancer ward at your local hospital that would love to just be "normal" for one day.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Why WOULD children listen to adults when they act like the fools many of you act like.

WOW........just reading some of these threads really makes me sad.

Why in the world would I want to have children knowing they would be possibly working and living next to some of you.

I've read some pretty sick stuff on this forum.

Are some of you that angry at life?

For most, I suspect a typewritten shouting match is more useful than kicking the dog.............

CD is good therapy

Don't take it so seriously. This forum is just entertainment for most... Very few are as nutzoid in real life as they are in their online persona here.

Even playing around I would not say bad stuff about whites or minorities. I DO think many of these folks are EXACTLY like this IRL. They just get to be vocal behind the computer screen.

I agree with you.

Being anonymous on a forum, they're able to say what they really think.

It's interesting but it's also very sad... and, it's scary!

Scary is a good word to describe this.

Sometimes I wish I had my own island to get away from all of this stuff. No matter who the President is, no one is happy. No matter what religion someone is, someone else has a problem with it.

Adults have to be the most screwed up people. It's no wonder why this world is so messed up.

I'd rather deal with 100 children everyday than 100 adults.

It is amazing how people will attack you for a mild post. They build in their own hidden meaning and just go on the attack. Kind of sad!

Yes, I think many of these people are exactly how you described in the real world. I think their anonymous persona is amplified. It's frakkin' frightening and amusing at the same time.
Some folks make me want to argue FOR big pharma, since so many seem the need to be medicated just to spare us their constant paranoid haranguing....

<sigh>

Alas, like my "title" says: "We are all here we are all --guilty."

I like the forum because I like dialogue in all forms. I really don't have an online "identity" that I escape to, but I am quite sure some people do. And sometimes that's probably nice for them. Other times I think it can be a source of some real disturbing issues. I wonder sometimes if people are literally foaming at the mouth with sheer anger when they write some posts. Or just laughing because NOW, anonymous, sheltered behind the screen they can comfortably air all their thoughts that possibly no one in their nonvirtual life gives a darn to hear. I don't know. And I also believe for some of the more "unbelievable" posters, it is actually just that. Some sort of class project in the "believability" of some invented virtual persona and how others out there engage with that persona.

Oh, and I like adults just fine, but sometimes I'd rather deal with 100 kids myself than with even 10 (or 5) adults.
