Yet another opinion piece. If all the things you claim are true, there shoud be criminal arrest records for all these threatening and non law-abiding "tea baggers". Bring it JoeyPants. Don't be wimpy.

Scared? No. Compare the reaction there would have been 50 years ago to a black man winning the presidency to the Tea Party. Tea Party doesn't look so scary now, does it?

Songgirl - the tea party movement is non religious.

PurpleLove08 - the tea party aren't millionaires and billionaires.

Haaziq - akhi, you are misinformed. MLK was Republican. The kkk was invented by the Democrats. Matter of fact, the KKK killed hundreds of black Republicans, hunting and chasing them down...

KevK - you too are misinformed. See comment right above.
I am not out of touch with anyone. I associate with democrats and republicans but I none of them are extremist wing nuts. Therefore, I don't have any tea party friends.

Bachman is an individual. Why do you assume she speaks for all who oppose the status quo? She doesn't speak for me.

Think Progress » Gun Rights and Tea Party Activists Encourage People To Bring Guns To New Mexico Protest

watch the video in which tea baggers are interviewed. I suppose you will say that this is communist socialist propaganda and the video of the tea party protest means nothing.

How in the world can you assume that these few represent the majority of people who align themselves with Tea Party movement? That is absurd.

Which one of these commandments do you disagree with?

FIVE: 'Honor your father and your mother.'

SIX: 'You shall not murder.'

SEVEN: 'You shall not commit adultery.'

EIGHT: 'You shall not steal.'

NINE: 'You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.'

TEN: 'You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.'

I see you manage to deflect this into Judeo-Christian, as you know as well as I do that the Ten Commandments come from the OLD Testament, not the new.

If there is a such thing as a normal tea bagger, why do they accept the crazy tea baggers? If I hate a legitimate thing going, I wouldn't want to allow some nuts to ruin it for me. There is no way people are attending all these rallies and not seeing the racist signs or noticing that some of the attendees have lost touch with reality. Some of these people are afraid of things that don't exist. Fear can make people do things they never thought they would do. It is dangerous to feed into this.
