Today Obama is going to give another speech
...one of too many!
and again he is going to say something to help/bail out home owners in fin. trouble in the 5 hardest hit States...
Every time Obama is promissing to bail out or help out these HO he is making the issues stay way longer and I wish he would let the free market run it self and let people fail who in the first place never should have bought over their head....
Obama on tv....means Dow Jones go down!
Is this man never going to learn how to run a business and not every one deserves to stay in business if they make the wrong decisions...
It might sound harsh but over here many people should never gotten a mortgage for the amount the got it for and most of them knew they weren't honest about how much the made and what they could afford, just because too many thought the values would go up and they would profit from selling fast....the made the wrong decision and now have to face the consequenses. We see HO over here who live for free for the last 1 1/2 year and it is time they are starting to pay for their living and move out so others can buy these home and start paying HOA fees, property taxes, etc...the longer this is going on the longer it will take for the values to go up and the mess to be over.
If others can buy the homes cheaper and pay for them, they will buy new furniture which helps the economy more so stores will sell again, etc...
This is what we have seen happening with the foreclosed homes when they were sold. New HO moved in, took care of their yard, started to paint the homes and were proud to own a home and happy to get a good deal....we have seen trucks coming into the community from furniture stores and finally we are getting more people to pay HOA fees
So Mr. Obama stop giving these annoying speeches, we know you can use the teleprompter and in the end you are not helping anybody and only turning more people against the Dem. party which isn't helping him either...
Please let the free markets run their course and socialism hasn't helped many people since
in the end you run out of giving other peoples money away....
