Dad accused in 'honor killing' will not face death penalty
Man runs down and kills his daughter because she's becoming too westernized. State presses charges of first degree murder, a death penalty offense. But they're not going to go for the death penalty because they don't want to be seen as Christians executing Muslims for their beliefs or some other PC garbage.

Why do you even bother wasting your precious time?

All they want is a reason to moan and *****...about nothing. As always.

The decision not to seek the death penalty comes after Almaleki's attorney, Billy Little, a public defender, asked a judge to take special precautions to ensure the County Attorney's Office wouldn't wrongly seek the death penalty because Almaleki is a Muslim.

She wrote that the state can seek the death penalty for any person convicted of first-degree murder if it can prove the existence of at least one aggravating factor, not because of religion.
However, the debate stopped there. On Tuesday, Reckart filed a motion indicating prosecutors would not seek the death penalty.

If these foreign idiots don't want their children to become"too westernized"they should stay in their backwards homelands where women have no rights, different religions are not tolerated and imbeciles like this woman's father decide things. If anything he should have killed himself for making the stupid decision to come here.

In this case, the religious or cultural beliefs of this guy was the aggravating factor in this senseless crime.

GOOD! Let him rot in a prison cell for the rest of his pathetic natural life. Once that time is finished, he can rot in hell. Allah can't do much for him after he drops the soap in the shower.

It's not that he's getting life in prison instead of death that bothers me about this whole thing. It's that they used the feelings and opinions of muslims around the world to base their decision on what type of punishment to seek in the trial. That should have no basis in the decision.
