Since there has been a major surge for health care reform, especially the public option in the Senate, is it possible to have a Medi-Care For All plan?

This is some info by physicians advocating for Medi-Care For All.

This page in particular claims comprehensive health insurance can be provided for all Americans.

I think Medi-Care For All advocates should be part of the health reform debate.

It should be, but many more Americans will have to feel the pain that so many others are experiencing now, before they start yelling for it. It won't take that long, perhaps 10 yrs if Congress continues to do nothing.

The Public option has better numbers than the Senate plan in some states.

The American people may be open to Medi-Care For All now more than ever.

The White House has continuously been refusing to give Medicare-for-All advocates/single-payer advocates a place at the table.

When Americans are polled on the issue, they are for it.

I'm all for it. This should have been the 'health care reform' package to begin with - simple, straight-forward, and to the point. Let all adults buy in to Medicare if they want to and let parents buy into SCHIP for their kids if they want to. Do it on a sliding scale that is competitive with current private insurance rates. The infrastructure is already in place and the added funds would help sustain the current system.

The link is not talking about the current Medicare system. The spelling is different, and I read the link.

Medicare is a viable option.
Lord know we can't trust the private insurance industry. We truly are suckers.
