Women simply lack the logical, unemotional, left-brain type of thinking that is invaluable in economics. Quick: name one famous woman economist. Why do you think men dominate all the sciences? All the best mathematicians, astromers, physicists, etc. are men. The most financial responsibility I would give to a woman would be to maybe do the weekly grocery shopping, or to buy some cute nik-naks and furnishings for the house.

Not in my home. My wife only generates bills that I pay.

i agree with her conclusions but i'd probably disagree with her on how to get there. i'm assuming from her tone that she'd be a proponent of govt piling on a few more regulations to discourage the 'greed'.

i favor ending govt guaranteed deposits. if you want a place to store your money risk free, you could park it at a fee based 'money warehouse' which would charge you fees for transactions but they would not lend your money out. you could also then allocate some of your cash to banks who would lend your money out for interest, but you would have to accept that there is a risk to doing so. people would be a whole lot more reluctant to deposit their money in an institution which loaned money to walmart cashiers to buy mcmansions

washington must ban .........! is a line which i just cannot accept. instead of banning things, washington should be saying "invest at your own risk"! or "if you don't understand an investment product, don't buy it"! there are too many people playing games they don't understand in the hope that the govt is guarding the hen house.

Just as long as they aren't PMS'ing ...

Now that is funny, PMS'ing ..... you don't know what side of the women you will get. Don't want to mess with a woman who has PMS bad.

yes, the men have dominated economics for years and look how well it is going. maybe those men should try using both sides of their brain.

it's not like we have a global economic imbalance or anything......
