Need prood that a Gov. agency can violate any law they so choose. Look at what the state and local Gov. did in New Orleans [sp?] House to house, block by block with out any legale warrents there LEO agents , by force of arms searched for and took any and all legal firearms they saw.
And you call that American justice.
Free Men have Firearms
Slaves do not
Because the far left wants a government controlling all aspects of life, and an armed population, can resist such tyranny. Look at the UK, etc., to see what they want to do here...

Several things Obama has supported over the years, run counter to our Constitution, our freedom, and our sovereignty. Things that make what the founders fought over look tiny in comparison.

As for the "Militia Movement" down here on the Border they seem to have dropped "Guarding" the Border for watching each other and stealing drugs

In the past, he has argued for a total handgun ban, total ban on semi-auto firearms, registration, ban of concealed carry nationally, then there's his ideas for cap and trade, ideas to sign us onto more UN treaties that take away some of our sovereignty (he did give INTERPOL the right to operate in the US), his ties to ACORN and various marxists is rather disturbing, he suggested in the past the Constitution is flawed because it doesn't allow for the sort of socialism he supports, and there's others but these will suffice.

People on all sides have argued for handgun bans. Though I'm a liberal I'm for the 2nd ammendment, but this argument is nothing new. And how exactly is cap & trade and UN treaty signings unconstitutional?

They require 2/3 vote in the congress and cannot be signed by a president directly. Also, they can only apply to trade and armistices, not for enforcing international law. The UN has no jurisdiction to enact laws in America.

It's not just Obama, this started long before he was causing race divisions in Chicago . Bush ws just as bad but knew he didn't have the clout to back up his agenda, because he couldn't use the race card .

We have many blacks waking up to the hustlers butthey are called ' Uncle Toms '.

It is a shame Allen keys or Tom Tancredo didn't even get a chance to speak in the election .
