Is that accurate? Do homosexuals have an irrational fear of hetrosexuals?

People can object to homosexuality and not have irrational fears, they may simply object on whatever basis.

The implicit nature of the term "homophobe" is obvious.

Why not? I call many of them hetrophobes quite often simply because it is an accurate term for those particular ones....well OK...it is just as accurate as homophobe is.

Yes we should start calling homosexuals heterophobes. They have a fear of normal heterosexual unions because it makes them feel more abnormal. Life would be non-existant if we all followed they lifestyle. Wiped out.

Ridiculous. All and even most people will never be gay. The gay population represents a small segment of the general population. Additionally there are studies in place currently that suggest that siblings and other immediate family members of gay persons tend to have a higher number of offspring. Is this nature, or nurture… Who knows. To suggest however that practicing gays are having a direct negative effect on population growth and hence the survivability of mankind is ludicrous. The human is far from endangerment.

Disagree. Being around for a long time is irrelevant; comparing it to a physical characteristic is dicey at best as it assumes its someone one is born with, ie the whole biology vs environment thing...and neither has been (or realistically ever will be) proven to ALWAYS be the case. It varies.

For those who "disagree" with homosexuality, I ask you: What do you expect people to do if they find that they're only attracted to the same sex? Remain celibate for life? Or should they try to have sex with someone of the opposite sex even if they're totally uninterested in it?
Very few expect this. That doesn't mean they can't "disagree" with it.

So it's possible that people can be born with both sex organs, but it's completely impossible that people can be born liking their own gender or both genders.

That's clearly not what I said. Try actually reading and comprehending a post before responding in a way that you make such a fool of yourself.

Sure, they can "disagree" with it, but then what would they recommend for people who find themselves only attracted to the same sex? Celibacy? Conversion therapy? Death?

I guess some of these special folks simply don't want to hear about such stuff as this ... especially when it includes all those $$$$$$$ signs.

America these days ! The "Looney Tunes" are everywhere.

Thanks / Lamar

How is he "telling it like it is"? Who ever said that same-sex couples don't want benefits?

Bizarre.

Its nice that people who "dont like peoples choices" sexual and or other wise some how have a "phobia"
Is their a law that says we have to be friends and or be nice to stupid people, gay people, black, white, red, blue people. Lets not forget the cross dressers and transexuals. Not everyone is going to like everyone and as much as we like to think we can define "normal" someone will always complain.
