Finally another state gets its head on straight. Stats show that crime will drop.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100416/ap_on_re_ (broken link)...

concealed weapons without permit?? I don't know about that idea. I am all for concealed carry I have my CCW.
But people should go to a class and have a permit And a backgroung check. With no permit no background check people that should not have a gun can carry. With out a class on gun safety people that don't know anything about firearms can carry.
I look at this as a safety issue.

For the record,I am completely against this ill spirit of "uncontrolled liberty "...

Weapons are hazardous, the issue is passionate & sensitive,we must not provide ...ammo to the anti-gun...
Now,many criminal elements will get a CCW & start commiting crimes. Then the anti-gun,will blame the whole "gun culture " of USA.

We,the good, must stop shooting ourselves in the foot.

Instead of such blind, blanket "liberties ", let's try to win the fight for CCW in campuses, where we suffered humiliating defeats...

Let's restrict or eliminate the "gun -free" zones, public or private.
Gun carry is a civil right, noone can prohibit entry to his private property ( for public use ) to a woman,or a black,or a homo,or a disabled,so the same should happen for gun carrying persons......

Let's create various licenses for various calibres of weapons, like the motor vehicles & pilots' licenses.

Let's try to lower the age for a CCW permit only for.22 cal pistols,to 16,so that high school students can carry at school...

These are the right fights we must win...

Weapons are not hazardous people using them are hazardous if they do not use them properly.

AZ has had open carry for years, and it has not been Deadwood redeux. My last trip to AZ , I was surprised at how many armed folks I saw, smack dab in downtown Phoenix, yet, no one was spraying rounds about. The theory is, the good guys are armed, the bad guys know this, more good guys than bad guys= bad guys behave themselves. I'm OK with that...............

I am against blind "liberty" to unchecked persons...

Have in mind that we don't have to convince "our own people",we need to convince the non-gun & the anti-gun people...

Awesome! More proof that the conservative ideals that this country was founded on are alive and well! The states are flipping Washington DC the bird and I love it!

Concealed carry licensing laws never stop the criminals, they don't care to follow the law. Nice to see another state joining Vermont and Alaska. Let's add some more.
