Explain to me how that sample of a test bed can come to any conclusion without relying on mathematical models to extrapolate correlative representation?
Nice try to not answer my question. The methodology was not discussed in the article, but as correlation and dependance are the mainstay of Kanazawa's work, I'm sure you can find the information to disprove whatever it is you need to disprove.

What happen was pretty darn good compared to what is happening now. Or have you noticed? Oh, maybe you're one of those people that just wanted change and didn't care what the change was. Kind of reminds you of what happened in Austria back in the late thrities, they wanted change and 98% of the population voted for Hitler. You're supposed to be smart, do you see any parallels? No, didn't think so?

I'm just asking what you mean by common sense. As I wrote earlier, I see it as a problem solving ability. Particularly, the ability shared by the average person. Your neighbor certainly failed in the instance you cited, but one error doesn't mean he has no common sense. If you're defining common sense differently, tell me what you mean.
sorry didn't mean to get defensive. like i said i drove 20 miles thats more than a half hour.when i got to the college they were still trying to jump it and talking about push starting a auto you would think in 30 minutes they could figure out what i did in 10 seconds. no common sense

That is exactly what it is. I would like to know if this research was done by a liberal and what their sexuality was.

Oh yeah. The research must have been done by a homosexual atheist Communist.

Hopefully you're not dismissing the results simply because they don't flatter you as a conservative.
Motivated by politics, of course They hate themselves.

It's funny I saw this article earlier and I was joking with my husband that since he's a liberal vegetarian (that was also mentioned in the CNN article) atheist that has only been with one partner (me), that he must be the smartest man alive! LOL

...I won't lie, he is pretty brilliant though.

As far as the article, I don't know. I didn't read into it deep enough to see/verify their sources. I'm taking it with a grain of salt, although I am too a liberal (well, more libertarian) atheist.

Comparing Obama to Hitler because of "change" ! Wow . Now I have heard it all.

I wouldn't go around casting aspersions on people's intelligence if I were you as your grasp of politics and history seems a little hazy to say the least.

I had heard Obama called a "communist" and a "socialist" ( also ridiculous assertions for anyone who actually understands the concept of both political ideologies in all their complexity) but Hitler , now that's a new one.

Thank you for a most entertaining post, political hysteria can be so darn funny sometimes.

Translation:

"This study paints a picture that runs counter to my view of reality therefore it must be bogus: switching to ad hominem attack mode."

And second:

The author's sexuality has no bearing on the issue. The fact that you would even mention it is proof that you misunderstood one of the key parameters of the study: sexual exclusivity is just another term for monogamy. They were not trying to suggest that homosexuals have higher IQ's.

Actuality: Most of these studies are agenda driven and are not sucked into them like liberals. El Gordo and many scientist based their global warming scam on a paper written by a student. Let's just say conservatives are not sheep like the left wingers.
