amednews: Senate fails to stop 21% Medicare pay cut -- for now :: Feb. 26, 2010 ... American Medical News Let us see if the AMA PAC will support any of these of incumbent senators. They probably will because they are bought and paid for by lobbyists. I feel sorry for Medicare patients who need to find a doctor now. If this cut is not stopped we will be forced to eliminate jobs within our practice. Amazing how easy it is for these elected officials to create job loss.

I can't wait for these jerk politicians (both parties) to have their "come to Jesus moments" when the voters send the message loud and clear.

One Senator (Sen. Jim Bunning (R, Ky.)) held everything up.

How much money will it cost for The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services to update the fee schedules nationwide only to have them change again when they pass legislation to repeal the 21% cut? We, the people, are being robbed and we cannot report it as a crime.

Nothing but Bozo Bunning, Senate lame-duck extraordinaire. Torpedos doctors, the long-term unemployed, and rural satellite TV viewers all at the same time and all by his lonesome. What a total clown. At one time, I had fond memories of him because I saw the perfect game he pitched for the Phillies against the Mets on Father's Day 1964. Those nice memories of him are all long since gone...
