Pretty much true.

I lived in Miami most of my life until I escaped 3 years ago. Miami is no place for a long haired guitar slinging white boy anymore.

The wages are low, the cost of living insane also btw. I am in a different part of Florida now, wages a little better, cost of living is half, and it has a real mix of people, including plenty of rock n roll bars.
