Darrell Issa only leaked the partial transcripts in order to make it look like Democrats look like they were targeting Tea Party groups. Turns out John Shafer was a conservative Republican that took the applications so they could make a consistent decision on Tea Party applications, all of which passed.
Another "scandal" that turns out to be a lie, for a conservative that lacks integrity.

If you think conservatives care about reality.... They don't care about reality. conservatives hate President Obama, and many believe he is illegitimate as President. conservatives believe President Obama's voters are illegitimate, and therefore they truly believe that President Obama is out to get them and destroy THEIR nation because they are the real Americans.
Since most of the left wing nut jobs don't work and therefore don't pay tax, they are the 47%. Knowing the IRS is corrupt to the core doesn't bother them in the least. Who knew they would come to love the IRS! lol
the real culprit is the tax code. When legislators screw with the tax code and add complexity to it, they typically have NO IDEA what sort of domino effect that has on the workload of civil servants.
