I suppose the caller could have been an ultra left wing liberal who engages in pornography and happened to be offended by nude art he saw. And shouldn't you accuse him of hating evangelicals since he is referring to conservative and fundamentalist Christians and not all Christians?

Your analogy doesn't apply to the situation you responded to. It would be like saying a criminal drove off with your neighbhor's truck as opposed to the neighbor's family member or someone else. The person you responded to didn't allude to a Christian but a religious prude which could apply to members of any religion.
Someone who is self-righteous was offended by that fine snow sculpture.The self-righteous are always very holy, very holy. Anyway, at least it got the sculptors a little fame. I liked their sculpture and think they are talented.
Personally, I didn't like the sculpted abs, too man-like. However, they did a great job otherwise. Why do people have to complain about inconsequential things?
