the only way to test if the OP's logic is accurate is for all white business leaders/CEO's were to surrender their post to the next qualified black man/woman in the succession plan
that's not to say black people own nothing and have less wealth and opportunities, but I think the OP's issue at hand was that there weren't enough blacks running Fortune 500 companies...and if that's the case, then that's something that can be readily changed, that's not to say the CEO's of these companies are truly the one's running them, but if you want a black person at the CEO spot, that's a simple business decision by the board of directors
