considering the church is being sued left and right for homosexual sex with minors, it would seem prudent to distance themselves from any seeming approval of the behavior.
funny how you sue them for the behavior and when they react you denounce them on CDF.

I seriously doubt that they knew about the school's policy before this happened. Besides, not all Catholics are anti-gay; I would guess that most probably aren't.

You have a point. One reason might be to stir up trouble, get themselves in the news.

But would they use their child in such a way?

Probably not since the child had attended the prior year as well.

Give me a break........ if one goes through the process to put their kid in a private school you are going to know what that school stands for, not to mention the fact that these are lesbians, that would already be keen on the fact they may have some issues no matter where they go,. You are correct some Catholics are whacked on the social issues, but most are going to be conservative and traditional on the whole homosexual issue.

Sorry, but I don't believe that a same-sex couple would put their child in a school if they knew that the school didn't want them.

I know that the anti-gay crowd is cynical about this story, but that's not surprising. When someone is prejudiced against a group, cynicism comes with the territory. They probably think that the couple is enjoying the media attention too, or that they planned the whole thing.

It's entirely possible they "switched teams" after the child was enrolled.
I'd like to know how the school became aware. Methinks there be snitch abound.

Or perhaps because the left has a track record of shamelessly using their children as tools, to further their political agendas, such as forcing the boy scouts to accept homos, kids not saying the pledge, trying to force male only institutions and activities to accept the little girls, etc etc................

There's now talk of other parents pulling their kids out of that school.

Parents rally to support gay couple
