I was in a fraternity. Mostly white, but hit or miss some minorities. We were friends with the african american fraternity next door. Their Rush was ALWAYS 100% african american. That is just the way they wanted it. No matter how you look at it, thats racist.
Maybe that was just them. But I know all of the frats at RU that are predominately black have no problem recruiting white pledges. And RU has a lot of Greek life.

Where i went to school, pretty much all fraternities had at least some minority members, except the black fraternities which were all black, and there was an all asian fraternity. My faternity had one black, several asians, and some hispanics. So the historically "white" fraternities are actually the most diverse fraternities there are currently, though I'm sure in years past, they were exclusively white. Some wouldn't accept Jews, so there because Jewish fraternities, but today are not exclusively Jewish.

I knew a white guy who rushed a mostly asian frat. I don't think there are any that can refuse anyone because of their race it's just a matter of whether or not other races can identify with the group enough to want to join one that has race as a focus.
