Celebrities usually don't mind voicing their opinions on topics, no matter how little knowledge they have. But Sean Penn constantly takes it to a whole new level.

During his appearance on HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher" on Friday, Penn defended Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, stating that anyone who calls Chavez a dictator should end up behind bars.

Listening the political opinions of celebrities is almost always a waste of time. I respect the ones who educate themselves, but rarely are they the most vocal.

Another irrelevant Hollywood actor. Yawn.

Have to admit I did find him entertaining when he posed in a rowboat in NOLA following Katrina and managed himself to blow a hole in the bottom of it with a shotgun. Too bad the water was as shallow as himself.

ugh...I wish the media would stop thinking that these celebrities opnions actually matter.

This is particularly awful. I would never wish cancer on anyone.
