Today I received a letter from the US Department of Commerce, Economics and Statistics Administration/US Census Bureau informing me that, "About one week from now, you will receive a 2010 Census form in the mail."
It is awfully kind of them to forewarn me, lest I be confused by an envelope bearing a Census in the next week or so.
In the spirit of being shovel ready I am looking at a federal project that involves adding much needed earthquake protection to a federal facility not far from Orlando, Florida.
Easy to understand considering the devastation earthquakes have caused all over Florida the past 200 years or so.
A million here, a million there... well spent cash.
