It is not healthy because it means being enslved by the state itself.It also means that there is no ensintive to actaully make more than they sate give you as seen in the long line in socalist russia and whyen china had no capiatlaist economy which has changed so much from when milliom starved to death.When you become dependent on the few those few become the elite and everyone else is poor.
