I'm not sure Liz' life is ruined or she's a hero.

The next election will settle all dispute. A lot can happen between now and then that could change all present opinions about Liz Cheney.

Looks like OP hasn't posted since 2011 so he's not likely to chime in but I wonder if he still feels the same way about Cheney today. I know my opinion of him was a lot different in 2010 than it is today in 2021, and by 2010 it was already beginning to sour.

She's a right bastard, but even those can be wronged. And recent events are much bigger than one person, anyway. It's not that Liz Cheney is being purged for wrongthink, it's that anyone's being purged for being the first to stop clapping when Trump's name is mentioned.
