He engineered the propaganda campaign that misdirected the American people's righteous anger over 9/11 towards Iraq - for his own PNAC purposes. Those 3,000 dead deserved better than to be used as props in his political theatre. Made himself filthy rich off that war, too. Killed off a million or so Iraqis, God knows how many US servicemen, and buried the US' honor in the dual middens of Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo. But hey, stockholder value!
