No AZ, What I was getting at was if you are going to not be politically correct you have to hold it to both sides of the argument.

You are the one being unfair. You attack Wal Mart and the alleged "white trash" that shop there then when someone attacks your point of view its being oversensitive.

It really makes no sense on your part. I am for political incorrectness on all sides of the coin. You are only politically incorrect when it suits your side of the argument.

Bottom line is it was a stupid action, by who ever got on that speaker.

They were idiots but so is anyone who wants to prosecute that person.

Do you believe this should be a prank punished as a bias hate crime?

I think whoever did it should obviously be fired but prosecuted I am not sure about.
'bias hate crime'...what the hell does that even mean? Hate crimes are b.s.
Although sadly I'm sure there will be plenty on here who agree with you that they should be charged as a 'bias hate crime'. Luckily they said 'black' and not white, because of course that's the only way it's bias

here is an update on the story:

Wal-Mart probes racial comment at Gloucester County store | courierpostonline.com | Courier-Post

The black shoppers in the store who were offended are not going to shop there any more. Which is their right obviously.

Depends on the age group. But Azriver would have no problem with that one. And it would not make the news.

If it were old Jews they would probably never shop there again. They would not be asking for prosecution they just would leave the store and not come back.

Younger generation of Jews would probably laugh it off.

Just my opinions of what would happen.

All Jews must report to the oven section of the appliance dept.

The employee could be fired and the black people in the store could vote with their pocketbook and take their business elsewhere.
