I do find it slightly strange that our own government would have to pass an actual resolution to wish them a prosperous Nowruz. But the wish is certainly harmless enough. It shouldn't become a political issue.

No YOUR problem is with the Iranian Govt I have no problem at all with them and support them and their pursuit of nukes.

Iran is the next most most culturally westernised Muslim nation in the Middle East after Turkey. Blame your superbly counter intuitive leaders for picking the fight in the past that led to what we have to deal with today.
