Yeah..and the good thing about this bill is that they cannot deny you if you buy it after you get sick.
LOOPHOLE city. Disposable insurance...buy it when you need it, use it, drop it and pay the $750 otherwise. How can you go wrong with that ?

Still find it facinating that you think you found a glaring loophole that nobody can possibly close.

Wall Mart is selling $4 RXs that very few are willing to match. Seems like competition is alive and well.

Just look at the Mass. plan and that one is years old. Why aren't there limits to have the health insurance before you use it ?
Easily there should be 6 months of premiums before you can use it. Wouldn't you agree that it should be in the bill now, before they pass it ?

Excellent Shorebaby...and no doubt Walmart is STILL making a profit....wonder why they never got into the Insurance Business?

Probably cause the Docs are the ones charging the outragous prices...anyhow, I bet Walmart gets into the Marijuana business SOON...too much $ for them not to get into it.

Have you done any research into the source of those $4 meds ?
You'll be surprised and the FDA has done nothing about it.

Walmart buys their drugs outside of the US and they buy generic.

Go do some research on Ranbaxy and their dealings with Walmart and the FDA and the Justice Dept.

Remember..Walmart goes for the absolute lowest prices.
You get what you pay for..just remember that.

In our area, the major grocery chain pharmacies (Albertson's, King Soopers [a division of Kroger] and Safeway) and Walgreen's all have $4 prescriptions. In my experience, Wal Mart tends to be the one that is more frequently out of certain meds.
