It's the law. Even Republicans are acknowledging that it can't be repealed "come November" nor any time soon because Obama will still be the President.
Either:

A) It will be repealed. And yes, I believe it is possible especially with the help of the Democrats that were opposed to the legislation.

B) The Congress WILL NOT PROVIDE THE MONIES NECESSARY FOR IMPLEMENTATION. This course of action is as good as A

Either way, Obamacare is going to die.

And the way Congress and POTUS sold the HC and more they made it to be like UTOPIA and that people WERE entitled to many things.

Here's Mark Levin (Radio Host) in a sarcastic way "say" this well the Monday after The House voted on the HC bill.

Interesting that the greedy, selfish Republicans have no qualms about trying to take the basic rights of healthcare away from American children.

Utterly vile and disgusting....you people will have to answer to God about this one day.

Obamacare does not do anything for kids right now - the democrats screwed it up.

I'm not a Republican. There are many Democrats that oppose / opposed this healthcare legislation.

Get over the "republican" this or the "republican" that. Hatred is blinding you.

Ahhh, the old saw of the Left - the children will die!

Have they been dying all these years without it?

How many will die in the interim before the program kicks in (4 years)?

Usually, there are plenty of STATE programs that provide care for poor children, but never mind that, we need a whole new bureaucracy controlled by the Fed.

Utterly vile and disgusting, the way the Left steals money from hard-working Americans to give to those who won't/don't want to pay their way.

You seriously think there would be enough votes to override a veto? Or is it just that you can't admit defeat on an Internet forum?

Maybe you should read the bill - all the information is in there, including the creation of those 150 new departments, but that would require work and effort on your part.
