Let's see. Come Nov. Well, that'd require the impossible since President Obama is not up for re-election in November, and, well, of course, you remember that the President has veto power. So you think the Republicans are going to win so many seats in Congress that they could even attempt to repeal the law? LOL Don't mean to burst your bubble, but that's not going to happen.
It's the law. Even Republicans are acknowledging that it can't be repealed "come November" nor any time soon because Obama will still be the President.
Either:
A) It will be repealed. And yes, I believe it is possible especially with the help of the Democrats that were opposed to the legislation.
B) The Congress WILL NOT PROVIDE THE MONIES NECESSARY FOR IMPLEMENTATION. This course of action is as good as A
Interesting that the greedy, selfish Republicans have no qualms about trying to take the basic rights of healthcare away from American children.
Utterly vile and disgusting....you people will have to answer to God about this one day.
Ahhh, the old saw of the Left - the children will die!
Have they been dying all these years without it?
How many will die in the interim before the program kicks in (4 years)?
Usually, there are plenty of STATE programs that provide care for poor children, but never mind that, we need a whole new bureaucracy controlled by the Fed.
Utterly vile and disgusting, the way the Left steals money from hard-working Americans to give to those who won't/don't want to pay their way.

And congress holds the purse strings AND the ability to appropriate funds, which they can fail to do when it comes to funding the new bloated bureaucracy. They just won't include any appropriations for those new IRS agents or the 150 new departments.
Links for proof that there will be 150 new departments in teh IRS? Also, since sandra couldn't tell me, maybe you can. When is funding required for the HC Law and how much? Specifics please.

Maybe you should read the bill - all the information is in there, including the creation of those 150 new departments, but that would require work and effort on your part.
It wasn't the USA conservatives that excepted the payoffs in exchange for their HC vote!
"excepted the payoffs"? OMG!
