You guys out there are doing a fantastic job calling into your Representatives.

You are CRASHING the Phone System!

Forgot to post the number: 877-762-8762

Calls to the House numbered close to 100,000 an hour, creating a bottleneck in a phone system only meant to handle 50,000 calls an hour. The chamber has been similarly overloaded for four consecutive days, beginning on Tuesday when radio host Rush Limbaugh told viewers to call the Capitol switchboard phone number.

Jeff Ventura, spokesman for Chief Administrative Officer Dan Beard, said the problem was essentially unsolvable. The issue lies with the capacity of the cables buried underneath the Capitol complex — and even if those could be dug up and replaced, Members simply don’t have enough staff to answer so many calls, he said.

Phone Calls Continue to Batter Congress - Roll Call

I promise to fight with the legislature to pass a reasonable health care bill if they would only vote no on this mess. We need to do something about pre existing conditions and the cost of medical care, but this does nothing to control the cost to the individual policy holders.

Line is busy, busy. I will keep trying but I will bet the yanked the phone.

If you want to control the cost of health care look at wealth redistribtuion. Reagan stile. The rich are gettin gricher and the poor are getting poorer. The pread is widening. close the gap and health care costs will drop.

you are flat out dreaming. the GOAL is to get cheaper labor (hence the illegal immigration push by this administration) and to ration /limit health care to the elderly. they want younger, (allegedly) healthy workers contributing to the government coffers so they can keep up the endless war and government spending. they don't want the gap narrowed.

haven't you figured that out yet?

No they haven't!
I find this fitting.
The best place to hide something is out in the open!

That is what they are doing with this healthcare and the whole obama campaign and presidency!
