So tea baggers have no problems requesting handouts from the federal government.

Don't bite the hand that feeds you. Remember, if you secede you get squat.

The irony of this thread is that there will be an uprising against the government. Whether it has anything to do with the Tea Party, or some other faction 50 years from now, is irrelevant. One doesn't have to look far to recognize that historical economic data proves that the United States experiences some sort of economic recession approximately every 10 years. The difference between now, and the past, is that its not possible to experience a robust enough economic upturn capable of digging us out of the debt that we have, and will accumulate, before the next recession occurs. The revolving door is greased and on autopilot thanks to the current spending apparatus in DC.

The bottom line is that the years of economic prosperity are over. The United States is effecitively finished as a world superpower economically.

Disagree with me if you want. But when this country counts "three quarters of one job for one year" as a success (as our current President does with pride), its time to fold up the table legs and wait out what's coming to this nation.

It's funny to see them wandering in circles moaning like Benjy Compson following anyone who'll tell them what to do. One says "Dont take the money! Death before dishonor!" The next says "Take the money but not the responsibility!" The next says "Secede!" The next says "Put anyone in charge who's not got a D next to their name in 2010!"

Hey, you were great in Midnight Run (1988). Moscone, Bail Bonds.

Okay, I get it...kinda like the Hokey Pokey, but a bit more to the right. Thanks.

See this really is how the left thinks. They think everything flows from the Federal Government. It is as if the money magically appears in Washington. Alas you and I know the truth. We feed the Federal Government. It seems as if someone needs a remedial civics class.

That seems to be Rep King's opinion.

King is a pathetic example for revolutionaries. What self respecting revolutionary would write a letter to the leader begging for a handout. Can you imagine Che begging dictator Batista for money. LOL

Honorable General Batista,

Fidel and I need some money for our revolutionary war. Our comrades are tired and weak, we'd appreciate any cash assistance ASAP. Thanks a bunch.

Sincerely

Your man, Che Gueverra

Two damn wars for the sake of war profiteering and selling yourself to China will do that to a nation.

Yes but you see, everything was great under Bush according to them. Never mind all those pesky details. Obama is the president now and it's all his fault. The sky is falling, the sky is falling!!!
