I took my wife to a bone specialist soon after she broke her arm. I walked into the doctors office and was met by a very rude receptionist. The place was messy and dirty. The examination room had holes in the walls and was very dirty. We left and never returned. This office is located in one of the wealthiest counties in the US, Fairfax, VA.

I don't think of it as forced charity. I think of it as correcting the imbalance.

The rich continue to get a bigger share of the overall resources, while the poor lose more. The theft and wealth redistribution has been occuring. Just some refuse to acknowledge it.

Charity also wouldn't be necessary if liveable wages were paid.
