I was really glad to hear this...I dislike how they melt down our TV viewing until its like baby food.
I don't need the government to intercede on my behalf to make sure no one is cussing...if I don't want my kid to hear it, I can take care of that myself...for those that are offended by it, don't watch TV.
But the problem is is that a lot of parents aren't as smart as you are. There are a lot of bad parents.

We all know that those liberal hollyweirds have not been blessed with any sense of dignity or respect especially for children. We see a child and say, “here have some candy. Did you even bother to read about this decision, in which the court cited President Bush and Vice President Cheney for THEIR use of profanity in public circumstances. Or, are Bush and Cheney suddenly liberal hollyweirds?

Ohhh, the "I must be so smart for not using cuss words" angle. While it will be fun to talk about how much more stupid it is to find a big word substitute when a cuss word will suffice, that is not really the point is it?
I take it you are just trying to distract here. It doesn't matter whether you think it is classy or not, I don't want my TV choices, classy or not, to be limited because someone else is too sensitive. I want my movies to reflect what's real and real ppl come in all kinds, classy and not.
If someone is too sensitive, stop watching it themselves. In fact, I encourage them to limit it to only what they like or think is classy, but why do they have to be an ass and stop everyone else from watching it.
I find it amusing that the Bush/Cheney duo haven't learned by this time that microphones are usually around the leader of the free world and his second in command.

Gee I thought the ruling was on TV programming & the fact that Bush was caught when he was not even aware he was on mike should not have come into play. You are right though, all the profane should get their fill of profanity at the expense of children. I mean why should we care about children when adults desire the lowly things in life?
